Seeking Compensation from Micromax mobile purchased from Flipkart.com

A micromax mobile got purchased from Flipkart on 27.4.16 and the piece was defective. An email was sent to flipkart on 19.05.2016 for refunding the money or change the defective mobile. The flipkar, online seller, informed, money could only be refunded within 10 days of purchase and since ten days are over, warranty could be claimed from micromax. Accordingly, micromax was approached through email and several reminders were sent. Every time complaint no. (ticket no.) got generated against my complaint but there was no reply till date.
Ticket no. are 384533 dated: 20.07.2016, ticket no,. 388705 dated: 25.07.2016, ticket no. 389635 dated: 26.07.2016, ticket no. 389653 dated: 26.07.2016 and finally 391465 dated: 28.07.2016. However, it is quite surprising and shocking, no reply till date got received.
Therefore, after becoming roller stone and in order to get justice , I am approaching this Jago Grahak Jago Forum. You will be surprised to know, the complaint is about headset jack of mobile which is not functioning, and just for claiming warranty, which is my right, nothing has been done so far and I am being brutally harassed by this company just for get the headset jack repaired.
Finally, for this harassment and mental pain and agony due to non resolving of issue, I would like claim compensation and hope, in the interest of fairness of justice, Jago Grahak Jago, a Govt. of India forum, which helps the aggrieved like us took a serious note of issue and help me getting justice by helping in providing compensation of Rs. 1 Lakh for the mental pain and agony, I am facing from this micromax company.
The model no. of mobile is Yu5010A. IMEI No. 911476052428471. The email was sent to micromax company on designated official email id which is info@micromaxinfo.com and copied to service.superphone@micromaxinfo.com against which tickent no. (complaint no.) were generated and since complaints(july, 2016 onwards till date), no reply has been received.
