I have ordered Bose soundlink revolve + (plus) but I received Bose soundlink revolve. I raised a claim and my product was picked up. I had to wait for 12 days for my product to get delivered to the seller. On 20th , the seller shipped the replaced product to me. On 21st at 2.00 pm I received the product. The product that I have received is the same model that I had got before. I was supposed to get Bose soundlink revolve + (plus) but instead got Bose soundlink Revolve. I am not satisfied with the service provided by ebay. I do not want a refund, instead I want the product which I have paid for. I had placed the order on 23rd of May and today is 21st June and still I have not received the product which I had ordered. I want my replaced product as soon as possible
