A/C service not given by Imran in Sahar Gaon at Andheri East

I Sunil Patel was searching for the rented ac on internet.
I am not a big man and living in 1 room in which kitchen and toilet is there and it is in chawl.
I live in Sahar Gaon at Andheri East.
So Imran approached me due to i was looking for ac on internet for rent. I paid Imran proper amount but i never got proper service from him. Here problem is not getting service and this in no value of money. I am trying to track this Imran from past 2 months and told him many times that his AC is not working.
Before he received my call for 2 days but after that he never received my calls and didn't even replied to my sms also. I will attache screenshot from my mobile, which is message sent by me.
I started giving him messages to provoke him and thought he will get back to me and may be i will get service from Imran.
But up till now no body showed up and there is no reply on message or got call from Imran.
There is no proper bill he gave me, but i had told him to give bill on very 1st day.
Neither he provided me bill and neither he is bothered to give me service.
what is ac if it is not working and what is the use of money which i spent to rent this ac from Imran.
This is his number 7977723141.
I am suppose to receive Rs.1000/- only which is advance money. But as i havent got any service from Imran, so i want 1 month rent money back, which is Rs.1000/- only.
So in total i am claiming Rs.2000/- only.
Messages are the only proof i have.
