I have Submitted My Micromax Handset E-455 on dated
23/06/2016 for problem Network not Access, after 23 days i have
received the handset but still my problem has not resolved & Micromax
Customer care Center says again submitted for 21 days for repairing.
I have submitted handset again dated on (15/07/2016) but till date i
have not received the response, i am very disturbing mentally for
this reason, & i am tired for this because i went nine to ten time
in service center but no response given by them,
I want claim on micromax Rs. 5,00,000 for mentaly disturbed to me.
now i am third time submitted my handset to Micromax service center and
wait for 21 days more for replaceable piece. Micromax Service center manager also says that this piece of E-455 is defective piece of micromax but its officer & technical persons not ready to accept this,
Many private service center also told me this is a defective piece.
Micromax not given service of repair in time and not replace the
handset. So please look in to the matter and resolve as soon as
possible
