FROM MAY2016 ONWARDS BSNL IS CHARGING EXTRA RS. 500 TO MY BILL, SAYING SPEED IS INCREASED.
BUT I HAVE NOT APPLIED FOR THE SAME.
AGAIN AND AGAIN I HAVE TO PAY THAT BILL AND ASKING THEM TO LODGE MY COMPLAIN REGARDING THIS PROBLEM
BUT NO RESPONSE HAS BEEN TAKEN BY THEM.
AGAIN THIS MONTH THEY ARE ASKING FOR RS.500 EXTRA.
I ALSO WENT TO THEIR OFFICE BUT NO RESPONSE WAS TAKEN BY THEM.
WHILE PAYING THE MY CUSTOMER ID IS VALID BUT WHILE LOGDING A COMPLAIN I'M NOT HOLDING A VALID CUSTOMER ID.
PLEASE LOOK TO THIS MATTER AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE.
