I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I have received the company regarding my aligner treatment. Despite raising multiple complaints, I have not received any satisfactory response or resolution from theit end.
Since the 14th set of aligners, I have encountered significant issues with fitting, rendering them ineffective for my treatment. Despite my repeated requests for rescanning and issuing new aligners, there has been a lack of attention and action from the company's side.
