Non Delivery of Order # 46187113235 & Stating it was Delivered

I had placed an order with Swiggy on 14th July at 19.15Hrs & was supposed to be delivered in 50Min.
While tracking my order at 19.55 found that the Order was picked up & delivery was scheduled to happen in 4 min but till 2015hrs it was not delivered.
I messaged Swiggy in their chat & they said the Order will be delivered soon at 2017Hrs.
I was follow up till 2030hrs it was not delivered while the Customer Service team were telling to to enjoy my order when it gets delivered.
To My shock at 2036 they said it is because of High Delivery Volume the order is delayed which is not correct & further asked me to cancel the Order which i refused to do as they had goofed up and i was starving.
I waited and waited and at 1049 i got an email telling the Order was delivered when it hasnt as of today 15th July morning it is not delivered but showing as delivered.
When i contacted them they said we apologise and will refund the amount which is not correct they totally spoiled my Dinner.
I think if there is not proper check Swiggy will just take customers for a ride.
