I have redeemed my points from surveys taken in the month of October & November. The ideal time for them to redeem my points is six to eight weeks from the time of redemption. It is more than three months now that i have not received my claim. Inspite of daily reminders on email, nobody cares to respond and the helpline number is fake. the screenshot also says payment complete but no details of the voucher code have been received
