I have ordered food from meera bars and restaurant, nashik via zamato aap at 9:18pm 09/06/2019(delivery in 25-35min). after 15 min i checked they have not accepted my order. so i called to hotel and asked to confirm the order as i was getting late. they verbally agreed but still not accepted. after completion of time i asked hotel to cancel the order. after 45 min zamato agent asked me another 30min for food delivery. or on cancellation whole amount will be collected as penalty. no one going to wait this much time, so i told them to cancel and they canceled it. after that they have not refunded me. as zamato have not full filled its policy they should give me compensation.
