Airtel Fraud consumer complain and review for did not provide SIM

Dear Sir,

Few days back I converted my postpaid number 9035089190 to prepaid from an Airtel store in Mira Road Mumbai. They did not provide me a new sim and told me that my old sim will work. After the conversion i got a message that the number is converted. Then I recharged with 448 rupees, but one day later my sim has become inactive.
I request you to kindly take stern action against the airtel store and also provide me a solution.
