My order no.748023186, ordered on 31/07/2020 wanted to cancel my order but due unavailability of the provision to cancel the order on Amway India website, customer care asked me not to accept the order when delivered.
I did as per the advice on 8th Aug&since then I have been following up with customer care through mails&calls but haven't received any resolution.
Last Sunday (16/08/2020) I received a message stating my order has been delivered, but no where was the order delivered. Even after mailing the same to [email protected] my complaint no. AIE-3240401-X2H4C9 was closed with the resolution that order has been delivered.
Again, I raised another complaint yesterday (18/08/2020) with complaint no. AIE-3261104-Z3N2W2 by talking to Ms.Priya highlighted the issue that the product hasn't been delivered anytime.
Even after that I spoke to Ms.Bharati today (19/08/2020) morning & was assured that a refund initiation message by today EOD & a refund latest by 24/08/2020, I didn't receive any refund initiation message rather my complaint was again marked resolved & closed without refund.
