Re Reverse pick not happen

I have purchase the cleaning mop from snapdeal on 14th March 2016 and it got delivered to me on 18th march. But when I open the packages was damage on the same day I have requested to return on snapdeal. All most 30 days is going to over but no one came to pick the product and snapdeal has term and condition for reverse in 3-4 business days,
I did servel follow up to get resolve but they are not working. And they say our team is working
Please help me to get resolve this concern
