i ordered rakhis to be sent to my wife's brother on rakshabandhan through amazon.in.
the order was placed on 20 july 2019 and was expected to be delivered by july 31, 2019. but order was never delivered till aug 15, 2019, the day of rakshabandhan.
i sent many reminders to deliver rakhis before rakshabandhan, as this is a big and important festival in india.
non delivery of rakhis created problems in ralations in our family.
amazon.in and its supplier vamja store is responsible for non supply of rakhis and problem created in our relationship due to them.
