Hi,
We have bought a Bajaj water heater from Next Panipat, on 19-12-2018 and it got installed on 21-12-2018 and the next day morning I made a complaint with your customer care that its not heating and they visited me on 25-12-2018 and stating that it is heating, yes it's heating but the heating time it is taking is more than 45 minutes and the node is not moving till Red sign there if the temperature is set to high and we are only getting one bucket out of it and we want to get it replaced and no one is listening, I have tried speaking with dealer and customer care and dropped an email to Bajaj as well.
