Complaint about Non refundable cancel IRCTC ticket amount

I have booked one train ticket for Three person from Bhubaneswar to kamakhya on 31/05/2017 against PNR NO:6302124160. Ticket booking status was RAC2,3,4. Due to non confirmation of ticket, I have cancel one person ticket on 2nd July and its refund amount confirm by IRCTC on mail is Rs 1075/-. Finally I have cancel another Two person ticket on 15th July'17 and refund amount confirm by IRCTC through mail is Rs 2490/-. But both amount till not credited to my account. My several communication with IRCTC, IRCTC has given quary to submit the bank transaction details. That also I have submitted to IRCTC on 15th Aug'17. But no response received from IRCTC till date and no amount refunded or credited to my account till date. I have communicated with ICICI Bank also, but ICICI bank reply me that they dont get any transaction from IRCTC to my account. My request to resolve the matter urgently to reimburse the refund amount at the earliest. Also take necessary action for irresponsibility of IRCTC department.
