Substandard shoe sold to me by redtape

I bought a shoe, item model number RSO2606, via ORDER # 404-6382086-1193930 on July 23, 2023, from Red Tape through Amazon. The mesh got torn automatically from one place and also from another place later. This seems to be the tendency of the material used in the shoe.
I contacted Retape to address the issue, but they denied it, stating that the warranty is only for 45 days. I requested again that my purchase is not even 90 days old and requested that they reconsider my case as the material is substandard, but I was disappointed yet again.
No one buys a pair of shoes in 45 days. I noticed several complaints on Amazon about the quality of the shoe. Then I decided to seek relief from an honorable consumer court.
