Meesho Product Fake Delivery without OTP

My shipment has been delivered to someone else , Meesho doing this or Elastic Run.
My product is showing delivered without consuming delivery OTP.
I have ordered an article on meesho (order no - 244181383245), Elastic Run (Tracking Id #: E1665031391453140RP) on 09/10/22 and I never received the article till date and there is message delivered on 09/10/22 against the successful delivery.
What do I consider this delivery ? Without consuming delivery OTP of the recipient how
ElasticRun can deliver the parcel. Really this is a fraud and seems I have to raise this issue legally to the concerned authority.
After I raised a ticket then Meesho never responded to me on my complaint, after some days I called then customer support team asking me that product delivered and we are unable to support on this, instead of cross check with delivery partner Elastic Run.

Yesterday (2-3-2023) a man called me and told that he was calling behalf of meesho for the delivery of my product which I ordered on meesho. He says that ur courier is prepaid so you have to pay the amount first then company will give me the courier only then I will delivery at ur door step. He asked payment online amount is 675. I transferred that amount after some time he called again and saying that he didn't received amount please pay again with discount 650 rupees. I transferred again after it he called again and says ur amount is not reflecting to us please pay 1325 again and just I receive amount I will return extra amount to you. But I said I don't know I transferred the amount twice now give my courier or my money return. But he is not responding. He also gives us his meesho's I'd card for proofing that he was genuine. After this I realise that meesho cheats with me I called to meesho customer care for the complaint he say sure ma'am we will make a complaint against it. But now meesho is also not responding against it. Now we are thinking to make a complaint against meesho on consumer care. And I have all the proofs of the that.
