Refusing to rectify fault in the line.

Electricity went off at around 10 pm on 7aug,as usual we went off to bed thinking that due to any minor reason the electricty had been cut for few minutes but we were awaken at around 2 am on 8 aug due to the fact that inverter got discharged and we couldn't sleep any further.At that point i made a call to the SSO MALIHABAD who didn't answer my phone call so as a last resort i contacted the lineman's on duty namely-Sarvesh and Saroj Kumar.I told them about the problem to which both of them responded by saying that,"it can't be checked/rectified at this time,you'll have to wait till morning 5:30."To this i said how do you expect us to sleep in this hot weather wothout even the fans working,i even warned them that if they don't rectify this at this moment i'll file a complaint against them.To this,the reply was very casual as-it won't be of any good etc.I want them either suspended from their duties or even removed from their duties for their sheer ignorance to comply to my complaint after being on-duty.
