I placed a delivery order dated 24th May 2020 with a courier company i.e., Delhivery Pvt. ltd., but unfortunately was delivered a wrong package by the courier company.
Inspite of repeated calls and emails immediately after the wrong package delivered to me, I haven't got it back, neither been entertained seriously. It has been 2 months and there is no responsibility claimed by the company. They mailed me a month ago about their investigation related to my order but there is no response about it from then.
I paid Rs.890 and the package is worth around Rs. 4700 and they aren't replying or doing anything about the package or compensation.
The package contains months of hardwork in materials and notes.
Please help me in this regard by-
1) EitherCourier Company ‘Delhivery pvt ltd.’ deliver my original package.
2) Or it provide me proper compensation for the loss.
