Sir,
I had given my Gionee A1 to service centre in Agra which was having hanging issue on date 25/01/2019 with job sheet no gc9100019640,it has been two month and I have not got my phone yet.I called on Call centre number many times and every time they say that you will get your phone within ten days,i never expected such a poor service from company like gionee, i am really got exhausted making calls to call centre so I request you to please help me in getting my phone as soon as possible.
