Hi,
I hold a loan account with Bajaj Finserve (404SAF4068841), where I have a monthly EMI of Rs 6354/- which is due every month getting deducted from my HDFC bank a/c 17581130000761.
I have moved out of India on a ten assignment and realized that Bajaj Finserv has been claiming another amount of Rs 18099/- on a monthly basis from my account starting Sep’18. Its been 6 months since they have been doing it without any reason. I have written several emails to them in this accord and got assigned complaint no’s ( SR10248949, SR10340362) . I have also provided them a detailed a/c statement from my bank to show all the debits showing Rs 18099/- to Bajaj Finserv.
It’s been at least 2 weeks however I have not heard anything else from them except they are working on it. I am worried not just about the deducted money also about this situation since it is happening 2 nd time for me and last time it was in Aug’18 where they had claimed Rs 15001 which they later refunded back. How can the consumers feel safe transacting with institutions like Bajajfinserv when they start to show such issues.
Please help me resolve the issue and get my hard earned money refunded.
