Dear Sir / Madam,
I have purchase 2 Microtek battery and invertor from your dealer as on date 02-11-2017 which serial number is GSQF053302458340 and GSQB053302467518 (MODEL NO - 36MEB1800)
One battery is not working which serial number is GSQF053302458340, I have log complaint regrading this issue as on date 19-Oct-2018 after that your engineers is visited and said that this battery is not working and it will be repair in microtek office but still no one come to pick this battery. My battery is in guarantee period in-spite of this I am facing such problem .
