Our patient is at home who requires oxygen, we bought Oxygen machine(1 yr warranty) from 1 distributor, machine stopped working after 4 months of purchase, we tried contacting distributor who is not answering to calls or after multiple visits in their shop, not provide exchange to that machine.

I have Bharat log gas booked at 14 Oct 2024 also same day sms received from bharat company and again 17 Oct 2024 LPG gas delivered sms received from Bharat LPG gas company. Today 25 Oct 2024 but still yet LPG gas cylinder not received. I was personally 5 time visited in agency office but
They have told no one cylinder here and also his arrogant language used with me.
I humbled request to you sir/mam please look into this matter.
