Subject: Delay in the handover of property and getting compensation along with bank interest, and verify GST amount paid is correct, towards Flat 204, A-wing, second floor in building no 1 of phase-I in your project named Prayag City phase I, situated at survey no 100/5/B Vihighar, Tal Panvel Dist Raigad
Respected Sir / Madam,
This is a reference to the registered agreement for sale dated 27/12/2017 executed between Prayag builders and Shivani Chalge, Amol Khandagale, With the reference to RERA No P52000004381. As per RERA, the property delivery date was 31st DEC 2019 whereas after the year, till the date we are waiting for the possession.
As per the payment term/scheduled agreed upon in the said agreement we have paid a timely amount to the builder as below

Whereas we have paid Rs. 648853.59 as an interest to the bank and also we are continuously paying monthly EMIs and monthly house rent. Hence it becomes very difficult to run the family.
When we are getting late for the payment to the builder, they charge heavy dues as 18% on the amount, the same rule should be applicable for both. (I have attached notice as proof for the same)
We also want to know that GST amount paid by us is really paid to Govt. or not. Is it the case they have taken an extra amount under the name of GST. As per our knowledge govt had lowered the GST rates whereas we have paid by 12% and 8%.
Please understand the concern and help in getting home possession as early as possible, compensation, and bank interest amount till the date of possession.
