Refrigerator not as per the commitment and faulty refrigerator

As per Company it assured that annually 127 unit is going to be charged from the meter i.e. on daily basis it may be 0.35 unit and monthly 10.85 unit.
On the other hand 2unit is consuming in a day (Full day door close of the frizz) .
The same thing reported Godrej refrigerator service center vide complaint No. B1201278640 dated 17.01.2020.
After registering complaint till now (30.01.2020) they have not attended the call and always asking CSN number to close the case and also asking give review of the service which is not attended by any engineer.
I am requesting to help me in this regards. Waiting for your kind perusal.
