Purchased Motorola X play mobile from flipkart almost a week ago..just opened it yesterday..the piece is defective with a glare spot (damaged) on screen.. rendering poor visualization..when I mailed them about the complaint... they refused to change the product..

Kindly look into the matter..I will feel highly obliged if take stringent action against them and get my hard earned money refunded..
