This complaint is regarding FlipKart not taking Return

This is regarding FlipKart Online Order # OD406289849671838000

When I purchased this product online, I was told that there is return policy within 10 days. I applied for return within two days of receiving this item. I got reply from FlipKart that "Seller has refused to take the return".

I never went to Seller and I did my purchase from FlipKart. Now how come FlipKart is putting onus on Seller? On top it, FlipKart has removed this order from their website. I am not seeing this order in my "Recent Purchases".

When I call their Customer Care, call automatically gets disconnected saying there are no orders from my cell number.

I had made the payment from ICICI net banking to FlipKart


Please help in getting my money back
