Hello, I ordered SONY TV whose details are given below. When I got package, outside covering was of Same Model but when I opened package, we found a Samsung TV which did not even have Remote Control. So the Samsung TV which I have received also looks fake. I tried contacting Snapdeal for return and refund but reply which I got from them goes like "We cannot process the refund or replacement request as your complaint does not pass our in-ternal checks" Apart from this there is no update from their end. Their internal request number for return request is "21502173". Could you help us in this regard, our mails to them did not get any further update on this. Below are order details. If you need anything else for proving same, please let me know.
