I have taken the service of shiners laundry dry cleaners jorhat. They took the coat for dry cleaning. But when we went to get the coat it had patches all over. They ruined the coat with their service. When we questioned them, they said they didn’t know it will happen and were behaving like 10 year old who doesn’t know how it happened. They are in the business of dry cleaning promising to give service to clients but instead they are doing loss to the clients. My coat was worth 5000 and when I said for compensation for my coat they offered me 500 rupees or 1500 service . But why will I take the service of the shop who has damaged my coat. How can I trust the shope again with my expensive clothes knowing that if they damage it again they will not take any responsibility . I don’t know what kind of services they are offering in the name of that shop. But this should not give them the right to do anything with customers as they please and not have any repercussions. I want my full compensation for the coat which is 5000 rupees and not any service from that store. Also they should learn a lesson to not take any other customer for granted. My parents disputed for 2 hours to get the compensation for the loss that they did but still there were not accepting that they have done this loss and they are at fault. Need strict action against it
