onlineclues.com is a fraud company ordered 2 denim shirt

i have ordered 2 denim shirt from onlineclues for the order number 6059134 but i received order number 283495..intsead of 2 denim shirt onlineclues have sent me 2 kids shirts of cheap quality ( images are attach of 2 cheap quality shirt )..when i contact to onlineclues they are neglecting my complaint and replying that those shirt where not sent by them..than i spoke to couriour company they inform me that those 2 cheap quality shirts where sent by onlineclues to them and the same has been delivered to my...on 17/7/2016 i received the sms from onlineclues regarding the recept of C.O.D 799/- INR ( sms is attach )...so how can they lying that those 2 cheap quality shirts where not sent by onlineclues.. i am just asking for my 2 denim shirts for order number 6059134 and return for 2 cheap quality shirt for wrong order number 283495 sent to me by onlineclues...if onlineclues is accepting for receiving of 799/- than where is my order number 6059134 for 2 denim shirt.
