I complained to customer care New SIM issue problem from Docomo

I am using Docomo number since last five years. Few months ago my SIM was currepted and for duplicate SIM I requested to service provider but they are not giving any positive response. I complained to customer care, email to service provider,twitted to service provider but no solution of my problem.
