SOFA Quality not good purchased from ROYALOAK

Dear Team,
I have been a regular customer of royal oak. I've purchased many items ..this time I have purchased 7 seater Reclainer SOFA for almost 2 Lakhs and in this 2 seater sofa quality is not good, First day itself I asked delivery guy why is the quality of sofa density is very poor, he mentioned sofa cushion will open and there is no issue with sofa. But all other seaters are good in condition and 2 seater sofa quality is very bad and I am asking for ROYALOAK team to check on this, but team is denying to provide solution as they mentioned that this is usage issue, How come only 2 seater has problem and rest are all fine with usage? It means ROYALOAK quality is that much bad that you can say with in 6 months quality will get poor.
I have been following up with Loganathan (CRM) since more than 2 months and no resolution as of now.Ticket number FYR - RIPL-54268.
