Over bus charge without ticket from Srinagar to jammu

Hello sir,
I am from kerala, I was visited kashmir in last month and also faced a bad experience from the driver of the JKRTC.
It was in the time of returning from Srinagar to jammu railway in July 31,2023. I was standing in Srinagar to go jammu railway and I had no idea to get any vehicle to jammu railway because I was first in kashmir.
In that time, a bus of JKRTC stopped in front of me and said me to enter the vehicle and no need of ticket from ticket counter and ticket will give from him.
The journey was very difficult to me, because the seats are filled and also I travelled for many hours standing in bus. At the lunch time, he said me to come backside of the bus and to pay 2000 RS for travelling.
When I denied it he behaved me like a criminal and he also threatened me. At last I gave the money for him
