HAVELLS No action taken against my consumer call

I have a HAVELLS iron (era). It is in warranty but the company is not solve my problem and wasting my time from 28/04/2019 to today.every executive officers of the company says your problem will be solve in 24 hour but there no single action did not taken by the company. There is a fraud with me. Please concern my complaint in the interest of justice.
