Warrenty claim - I purchased a Lava mobile on date 09/06/2017

I purchased a Lava mobile on date 09/06/2017, after used one month the mobile is not working . I asked the customer care for that problem and he suggested me that to take the phone to our service center, i went to the service center but the service center owner told that the battery was damaged and if you replace the battery than you paid the battery cost. I argued with service center owner for one year warranty claim but he refuse for claiming and he did not repair my mobile.
I sure that it is a fraud company of India, do not by any mobile of that company its my advise. I attached My mobile phone bill here for reference.
