Dear sir/madam
I am Yogesh Kumar purchase a refrigerator on 15/08/2018 from Vijay sales indrapuram. After 5 months from purchase cooling problem generate in the refrigerator. I complaint to the customer care on dated 16/02/2019. Your engineer visit the site on 19/02/2019 , he told me cooling leakege problem in refrigerator after checking. He suggests me gas refill in my refrigerator but this is a temporary solution , because your engineer could not giving me a written guarantee letter for 5 year,
So please solve my problem or change my refrigerator on urgent basis as soon as possible.
Not: this completed not permanent solution Haier company but thro phone call pressurise temporary solution
