Fake warranty promises, I had submitted a warranty claim to wonderchef endorsed by Mr Sanjeev Kapoor

I had submitted a warranty claim to wonderchef endorsed by Mr Sanjeev Kapoor for my blue velvet set as the coating came off within 6 months. I have sent an email with the email invoice to theire cs address and uploaded product images on twitter umpteen. After emailing the invoice to them, their csr is sending me an email asking for the invoice which is available in the same communication.
It seems that wonderchef is only interested in selling sub standard products and provide fake warranty promises.
Wonderchef csr are interested in stretching the process unnecessarily so that the customer would get frustrated and tired and leave the warranty claim for the sub standard velvet set.
