This is Sunil Yuvraj Mistari. I would like to inform you. I got job is Simplex infrastructure Ltd.(kolkata) and went to OMAN. On 27.06.2015. My employee code is 33954. it's an Indian base company. I have resigned company 6 Months back due to the expiry of visa & pending of 7 months salary. but my company not allowing me to go back to my home. So many times I have been had discussed these issuse with Simplex management, but every times they have given fake promise & dates of release. I already submitted request letter to India PMO office. Also I submitted complain in Indian embassy. but last 3 months no any help me.
I hereby request you to please help me for home return as soon as possible. and take necessary action against company.
