TVS Sports Bike Not resolved self start and kick start problem

I bought TVS Sports Bike from speed wheel Thane Maharashtra before 8month.
But self-start was not working properly since the very first day.
The battery has changed three times. Once Magnet changed. But self-start does not work well for a month.After four five kick, the bike starts.
No proper responses Only warranty time is going on. After hazard bikes will impose on me.
