Croma - Amount debited but Order Not Processed

Hi Sir,
I purchased a gift voucher from Croma using Amazon on September 9th 2022 and when I tried to use it the amount got debited and the Order was placed. However the Order is not processed and the amount is also not refunded. Kindly help me solve this issue.
I raised a complaint with Croma Customer care C0000XXX19 and the ticket is also closed without refunding the amount to me.
The order ID is 3000324XXX59
