I had booked a car Tata Punch with Pramukh Automative Pvt Ltd, Vapi on 03 rd Feb 2023 by paying a sum of Rs 5001/-. I had availed a loan from ICICI bank for Rs 600000/-(Rupees Six Lakhs only) and the same was disbursed to the dealer on 05 th Feb 2023, however due some personal reasonsI had to cancel the purchase and informed the same to the dealer on 05 th Feb asking them to refund the booking amount to me & the loan amount to ICICI bank.
In spite of continuous follow up & visit to the dealer & the finance manager Mr Mehul the amount of loan & booking has not been refunded. Due to this ICICI bank has already deducted the first EMI of Rs 12351/- of my loan from my account.
