Refund pending since 18th June

Car Booking Complaint Complaint Date: February 23, 2021
I have made booking on Zoomcar self drive car one way drive from Chennai to Madurai and it is been cancelled on 17th June 2020. The have informed that refund will be initiated on 18th June but unfortunately till now I have received any amount or confirmation from their end. I have tried contacting Zoomcar in email,customer support and they were not in touch. I have also registered a complaint in PM grievance complaint number PMOPG/E/2020//1019078 still no reply from their end.
