I booked Hyundai venue Sx diesel in June 2021 from AM Hyundai Poonch branch. At the time of booking the car variant had alloy wheels and customer at that time got cars with alloys at same rate. However at the time of delivery it has only steel wheels with cheap plastic cups. When asked the dealer said company has changed these alloys with steel wheels. Since 90% amount was paid in advance as sanctioned from bank, cancellation is not possible and I had to get car. Company changed alloys and without informing me and no discount given. When I checked in market the alloys are worth 32500 rupees (whole sale rate).
