High Cancellation fees charged when driver denied to go to location

Uber cab driver picked me up from my location and dropped other two co riders and when we reached second co rider location , driver asked my location and then denied my location , this was really unprofessional, he couldn't even end the trip , so to get another cab , i had to cancel my ride. Other co rider who was charged rs 69.51 for same location even when he was picked before me and i after wasting my 1 hr by giving drops , was charged rs 229 and i have not got any response from uber since yesterday afternoon.. when i was not served why would i pay cancellation fees, i had to book cab at higher rate from that location, i want complete refund
