I bought a Volkswagen polo highline plus on 26/07/2018 from Volkswagen malappuram,kerala. They offered me free mud flap and car mats when they gave me the first quotation and proceed with the booking. Unfortunately I was not there on the day of delivery, my parents went to take the delivery on 26/07/2018. Phoenix cars india pvt Ltd malappuram charged them Rs 3546 for the acessories which was offered free of charge on the day of booking. My parents did the payment ,and Volkswagen malappuram just gave them the receipt of payment and the invoice was given only for the car's ex showroom price. Later when I checked the total amount paid and the invoice it was not matching .then I took the final settlement details from the showroom and it's clearly mentioned that Rs 3546 was charged for the acessories. Rs 806 was charged extra towards the road tax. They actually overcharged me Rs 4346. I did contact the sales manager many times to get an explanation about it. But they are just avoiding my calls. I am not writing this for the overcharged amount but it is a sort of cheating the customers by giving false offers. I must have a chance to choose the accessory if I am paying for it. Please give me your valuable advice regarding this.
