We had purchased Den cable set top box in the year 2018. We already had Tata Sky. The cable guy asshole Mahinder said that you give Tata sky set top box and I will give you Den cable set top HD in replacement with lifetime warranty of set top box. The worst Den set top worked only for 15 days after which we had to call him as it was showing error messages. This happened till 2019. He said that your TV is not working properly, so we bought new LED Android HD TV. Now he is saying that set top is not working so you have to pay 250 Rs for repair. Whereas before installation he had clearly said that this settop box has lifetime warranty. But still we paid 250 Rs for repair. He installed in the evening by 7pm and again when we switched on the TV at 9pm it did not start at all. The red button of set top box did not turn green. We called him again and now he gave an excuse that there is problem in your electrical wiring. See the height of chutiya pandi.
After that we had to call him and convince him that there is no problem in wiring as all other gadgets were working properly. Then he took our set top box for repairing. Now he is saying that your set top will take 8 days for repair as we have sent it to Mumbai for repairing. Now when we are calling him to give our set top box, he doesn’t pick up the call and disconnects our number.
We are really fed up with this local cable operator.

Now he is saying that your set top will take 8 days for repair as we have sent it to Mumbai for repairing. Now when we are calling him to give our set top box, he doesn’t pick up the call and disconnects our number.
We are really fed up with this local cable operator.
