Submitted their flagship phone for service in warranty and and they have been returning the phone with a new issue or damage everytime.

I'm moving out from this city and not having a phone during this period is rather inconvenient.
They have kept the phone for 25 days in discontinued stretches since April 26th.

Demanding a replacement device if service not done on time.
