I AM RAHUL I PURCHASED A SUZUKI ACCESSDRUM CBS BS6 ON 04/07/2020. MY COMPLAINT IS THAT THERE IS A SERVICE DONE ON MY SCOOTY ON 16/02/2023 HAVING JOB CARD NO- JC22007357 WITH BILLING AMOUNT OF RS 4219 BUT AFTER 03 MONTH OF SERVICE THERE IS ABNORMAL SOUND FROM MY SCOOTER THEN I GO TO THE LOCAL GARAGE AND CHECK MY SCOOTY BUT THERE IS NO ENGINE OIL IN SCOOTY THEN I FILL THE ENGINE OILO AND NEXT DAY RUSH TO SUZUKI SAINI SERVICE CENTER KANGRA AT 3:30 PM THEY OPENED THE JOB CARD I TELL THEM THE FULL STORY THEY SAID YOU HAVE TO GIVE US YOUR SCOOTY FOR CHECKUP FOR ONE DAY AND THEY CALLED US BY TOMORROW AFTERNOON (I.E 16/05/2023) BUT THERE IS NO ANY CALL FROM THEIR SIDE BUT ON TODAY (I.E 17/05/2023) THE MADAM NAMED JYOTI GULERIA CALLED US AND ASKING US ABOUT THE PAYMENT OF RS 8900 FOR CHANGING OF PISTON KIT AND VALVE BUT WHEN WE ASK THEM THAT HOW CAN THEY REPLACE ALL THE MATERIAL WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION THEY TRYING TO CONVINCING OUR SELF THAT THIS HAS TO BE DONE
