Not enabling infrastructure to select channels and packages

Den networks has disabled their app to select the channels and their website mydenonline.in is also not working. We are not able to select any packages or channels. The cable operator insists on paying the amount last given.
The cable operator inspite of repeated requests to add channels does not add the required channels.
