I am a customer of videocon d2h. They activated one channel Star Sport Hindi and charged 45 Rs every month. This channel not working since it's activation and they are charging continuously. I made many calls for resolving this issue but they have not done yet. Now I make request for deactivation that channel,but they said they can't do that and I have to pay money for 3 months whether it working or not. Today again I call CC and ask for resolving issue then they ask for Rs 400 for the same. Please help me.
